Meet Our Team

Ronda Reed - President/Founder

Ronda has loved animals for as long as she can remember-her grandmother still has a photo of her second birthday party with a golden retriever by her side (it was not her dog). She has a special place in her heart for doodles, Shih Tzus, and boxers. She founded Chapter Two Rescue to give dogs the second change they deserve.

Rachel Brown- Secretary

Rachel is our rescue Secretary and also one of our dedicated transporters. She helps keep our rescue organized behind the scenes while also hitting the road to get pups safely to their foster or forever homes.

A lifelong dog lover and proud dog mom, Rachel pours her heart into every detail whether it is keeping our records straight, helping with adoptions, or making sure a rescue ride is full of love (and a few dog kisses along the way). We are so grateful to have her on our team!

Steve Reed- Vice President/ Co-Founder

Steve is the backbone of the rescue! As co-founder, he’s the one who makes sure th tough jobs get done-whether it is hauliing supplies, building what the rescue needs, or transporting dogs and equipment. His hard work and dedication keep things moving, and his hands on support ensures every rescue effort has the strength behind it to succeed.

Kelly Lee- Treasurer

Kelly keeps Chapter Two Rescue on track as our treasurer, making sure the financial side of the rescue runs smoothly. She also jumps in to help with transports whenever needed. At home, Kelly is surrounded by dogs she adores- her rescue doodle, a Newfypoo named Winston who proudly rules the house. She often puppy sits her grand pup Darla, a cocker spaniel, along with Ally the Shih Tzu and India the lab who live all the way in Alaska.

Angie Aikman- Contributions /Fundraising

Angie serves as Chapter Two Rescue’s Contributions lead, helping connect the rescue with the resources and community support it needs to thrive. An avid animal lover, Angie has a rescue German Shepherd of her own and a heart for making sure every dog gets the second chance they deserve. Her passion and dedication shine through in her work, whether she’s helping fundraise, building relationships in the community or advocating for rescue dogs everywhere.
